Perfectly located house for a group looking to go backcountry skiing in the Lyngen Alps. The house has everything you might need. Maria is a lovely and attentive host. We felt at home from minute one! The only downside is the steep dirt road to reach the house, which our rental car was not able to climb with all the snow. This was not a surprise as Maria had clearly informed us about it. We views on the fjord are just amazing.

The moment you open the door to Øyvind's beautiful house you find a sense of peace, it is so beautifully designed with the giant picture window looking out over the landscape and great views over the valley. Høyrostua is spacious and has a very clean look, warm and cosy, so nice you almost want to stay indoors all the time! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room to find little quiet areas to escape to. The location is well placed to visit picturesque places like Senja Island and the local nature. Øyvind was always quick to respond with helpful tips and answered any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this treasure of a place!

Kjersti's place is extremely cozy. It has everything you need to spend a few days or more. The place may be a little far from the cities but if you are looking for calm it's perfect, I recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lasse’s house. It was gorgeous and the surroundings were beautiful, we had alot of fun and would love to stay again.

Great place to explore the surrounding area! Runar was also very kind and responsive, and checked in on us when there was an avalanche nearby to make sure we were okay. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a functional kitchen that enabled us to cook some simple meals.

Lovely hosts and home in a great location on Lyngen. We spent 9 nights here for ski touring and had a wonderful time. The hosts live next door and were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Great location, quiet place, no hustle and bustle. Within a reasonable drive of several skiing hikes. Approximately 10 km to the store. Tidy apartment, three bedrooms, and a very large living room. Downstairs, a fourth bedroom is separate. Modern bathroom with toilet. Another toilet downstairs, which is now a cold space in winter! Extremely well-equipped kitchen with even spices, tea, and coffee (from previous guests?). Communicating with the hosts was very good, the answer to all the questions came quickly. I recommend for those who want to explore the south side of Tromsø, the southern parts of Lyngen, the Tamok and Malangen districts.

Very nice and spacious apartment, lots of space and everything you need for a great stay. Very quiet location and many opportunities to do something to go to Tromsö or Senja. Unfortunately, we did not see the aurora lights, as the weather did not play along, but the hosts can't do anything for that of course. Thanks very much again! We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful flat with a spacious kitchen and living room. The bed in the bedroom is a little narrow, but it was mentioned in the description of the apartment, so it didn't come as a surprise. The apartment has a washing machine and a dishwasher that was functional. The car was well parked next to the apartment. It was close to the mountains that we liked, so I loved the location. I hope to stay here again someday.

Well equipped, well-maintained and great apartment. Perfect location for the ski lifts, very close. As this was our Easter holiday, it was extra cozy that the apartment was Easter decorated. The host responded quickly and politely. Great stay!

Great apartment for four people with everything we needed to cook all our meals. Sauna inside is amazing - great to warm up after cold ski tours. The hosts are very friendly and helped us with everything we needed that was way beyond what's normally expected of Airbnb owners - 5 star hosts! Highly recommend their place for your Lyngen stay.

The location of the accommodation is excellent for skitourers. There are many good spots nearby for skinning and downhill skiing. The accommodation was clean and exactly as promised in the description.
