It is light, spacious with large windows and doors to the patio. Original beams enhance it's character. 3 Good Food Pubs are within 1 mile. It is 20 minutes drive from M5 and 8 minutes from M50. Three Counties Showground hosting events all year is 15 minutes whilst medieval Tewkesbury, Ledbury market town and Malvern are 20 minutes drive.

Welcome to the Stables and Hayloft, overlooking the Hop Kilns gardens and duck pond and beautiful Herefordshire countryside. The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

The property is a mews house stables conversion, once part of the neighbouring Georgian country mansion on the outskirts of the village of Callow End. Set in a peaceful rural location it is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Worcestershire countryside, attending local events or even for a work related stop over. The house is a self contained, annexe to the Stables. It is comfortably furnished and has a small private garden with patio to the rear of the building.
