Sunny place in the forest, simple cabin in tureldorado

This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great trips in Malvik-marka both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After 5 minutes of walking through the forest, you will come across Kjerkstien/pilgrimdleden and can walk along it into the countryside or take a canoe trip on the lake. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

The living room consists of 2 rooms, living room/kitchen on the first floor and 2 beds on the second floor. Toilet and shower are new, private entrance in the main house. There is no running water, provides a large water tank for cooking. Microwave, studio stove and fridge. Coffee/tea is free. 25 min w/bus to Trondheim. 5 min walking distance to the city center in Stjørdal, 2 km to Trondheim Airport Værnes and 500 m to train station. Can accommodate 3 people w/mattress. Wifi is in Stabburet. Has a seasonal hand on the 2nd floor.

Studio with private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and bedroom. Total 30sqm. 2-4 beds: 120cm bed, with 1-2 mattresses on the floor(90cm) if needed. Please remember your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to hire bed linen/towels for 50kr each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash the kitchenware so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25km away and Trondheim Airport is 7km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7km away.

Cottage with a charming view!

Relax with your boyfriend or with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay with one of the best views and hiking opportunities! There is the bus stop at only 300 meters distance with frequent bus routes (bus number 70), it takes only 20 minutes to Trondheim and 15 minutes to Stjørdal/Værnes airport. Grocery shops such as Coop Xtra, KIWI and REMA 1000 only in 3.5 km distance, are located in the center of Hommelvik (use the ATB bus app). Note: Only 2+ days rental. Welcome! Sincerely, Oleksii 🙂

Cozy apartment, good standard. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood Well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances. Ensuite bedroom with made up double bed. Sofa bed in living room. New modern bathroom. Towels available. Fjord view with gorgeous sunsets. Private furnished patio. Private parking space. 16 minutes drive to Trondheim city center, 23 minutes to Værnes. Bus stop 10 min away. Stjørdal Centre - In the middle of the city

Stay next to the main street in quiet neighborhood with short walk to Kimen with library, cinema and culture, the shopping center Torgkvartalet, the square, the pedestrian street, the shops and the dining area. Walk to and from trains to and from the airport. Apartment newly renovated in old style with new windows, new kitchen well equipped, shower cubicle, WC, washing machine, double bed and third sleeping space in single bed.

Skogrand year 1918

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

Our apartment (approx 30 m2) have a combined well equipped kitchen and living room with TV, fast internet connection and two good quality single beds. The apartment also has private entrance, a small hallway, and a nice bathroom with washing machine. Be aware that this is a basement apartment, with lower ceilings. Steps can be heard from above during daytime. Parking available.
