Storvika also has several bolted routes for mountain climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city center. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

Forest, field, swimming pool, beach and shopping center are all close to the residence. Despite the fact that all the sights are nearby, this is a quiet residential area. Easy to get to Trondheim by public transport.
