Cozy apartment "Alba" with two bedrooms!

Spacious apartment in the wide city center. Very close to the Lidl store, as well as to the Universities in the city. The apartment has two bedrooms with beds (144/190 and 120/190), a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen with a large table, a comfortable bathroom, as well as a terrace from each room with a beautiful view! There is also a washing machine in the apartment. It's a 10 min. walk to the perfect center. Behind and opposite the building there is free parking space, in front of the building parking is paid during the week! :)

During the warm days, it is ideal for tourism, picking fruits, herbs and many other natural gifts or just visiting the lakes around and the famous BEAR PARK. In winter, there is plenty of snow and 4 km of ski slopes, perfect for beginners. Not far from the area there are more ski resorts, hot mineral springs, an amusement park and two more of the most beautiful mountains Pirin and Rhodope.

It has double bedroom, top mattress, wide sofa bed, dining table, secure and stable internet and TV, a bathroom with a shower area and a cozy corner with a nice fireplace with a live fire. Kitchen: refrigerator, oven, hotplates, hood, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and coffee. The apartment has an incredible view from the terrace and French windows. Our place is ideal for a short and long term stay. Renovated a year ago, it is in a very quiet and peaceful area yet minutes walking to the center of Bansko and the ski lift. It is fully equipped with everything you need - washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, Smart TV, new air conditioning. Our guests can enjoy the use of the swimming pool and Gym free of charge. Steam room and sauna for an additional fee. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony looking at the stunning views over the mountains.
