Enjoy a modern and stylish experience at this centrally-located place only 900 m from the ski lift and direct view on Pirin mountain from the 20 m² terrace/garden area. The place has been fully renovated and refurbished in July 2022 with all of the amenities one can wish for, be it for holiday or remote work stays. It is located in a quiet corner of Bansko while being within a few hundred meters of the bustling gondola area and hike starting points up Pirin mountain.

We are located in the Predela area 15 km from Bansko, it has 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 sofa beds on the first, a total capacity of 10 people and 2 baby cribs. The house has a sauna and a 5-person Jacuzzi. A large yard and outdoor barbecue are available. Fully equipped kitchen - coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and toaster and dishwasher. The pool is seasonal and operates from July to mid-September.
