The location is ideal for spending your holiday by the sea, being located right on the seashore near the beach in the North Escarpment district of Constanța - the Dolphinarium area located right at the entrance to the Mamaia resort. During the summer period, this neighborhood becomes a tourist area of interest due to its excellent position with easy access to all the objectives of the season, right next to the landscaped beaches, bars, terraces and restaurants (the famous Reyna restaurant is right in front of the apartment).

Outdoor swimming pool (surcharged), June 15th until September 30th. Famous restaurants can be found in the vicinity as Scoica Land, La peste,Hanul cu peste. Grocery store, available 50 m away, starting June 15th. Also Carfourr, Lidl, Mega Image supermarkets, working entire year.

Apartamentul face parte dintr-un bloc nou cu o vedere superbă la mare, fiind amplasat in imediata apropiere a falezei Năvodari. La numai 100 de metri sunt amplasate beach bar-uri, restaurante, market-uri, iar la aproximativ 5 minute de mers pe jos se afla un hypermaket Lidl ce dispune de stație de încărcare pentru mașini electrice, accesul fiind gratuit. Plajele din apropiere sunt ideale ca și suprafață, distanța de la șezlonguri pana la mare fiind de maxim 5 metri.
