Newly built, high quality, modern, open plan three bedroom accommodation outside Exeter, sleeping 5. Large, modern kitchen with dining and living room overlooking the stunning Devon countryside, River Exe and sea beyond. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a large, double shower. On a beautiful day sit and relax with a glass or two on the covered balcony and watch the stunning wildlife (deer, pheasants, buzzards, hawks, woodpeckers...) Our shepherds hut and rustic piggery is located a mile outside the picturesque village of Kenn, regularly voted amongst the prettiest villages in Devon with its 13th century church and 12th century thatched pub. Vintage pig nestles in a sheltered valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is an ideal location for exploring both the coast and moor, as well as woodland walks/bike rides. The piggery sits in its own private garden within the grounds of our grade II listed Devon longhouse.

The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

This quirky wooden stand alone space comprises a double bed and is ideal for two people but can sleep four at a push as there is a double sofa bed. Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. Garden furniture, disposable BBQ, toys are available.

An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.
