This is the second time that we have visited this apartment, we like it very much, it is super close to Managua, the pool is steps away from the house as well as the sea! It's perfect for families and small children! We would definitely come back 🤗

The place has good conditions for having a good time. The setting is beautiful and gives privacy. The pool was clean and has a great time. Noel responded and resolved requests with agility.

Our stay was beautiful! Most beautiful accommodation of central America where we have been to so far. You're in paradise. Beautiful garden, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful views, spacious, lots of seating in the house and in the garden. You dive into the lake from the garden. Wilmer and his family are very kind and caring. We definitely recommend this place!

Michael and his staff on site were very accommodating . Doña Ana and her brother-in-law were very attentive and helpful. Michael maintained fluid communication and was very attentive and flexible. The house is very nice and a few steps you have direct access to the lagoon Thank you for your excellent service!!

I highly recommend this place, the house is very close from the entrance gate. hotel and beach is no more than 5 minutes in car and of course Lindsay and her husband were very kind and supportive with us. The house was very clean, AC just right in both rooms and had its own parking spot. Thank you Lindsay and Dereck!

Really peaceful and eco friendly… lots of nature… whole family enjoyed it, fully recommended, planning on going back this year!

Gabriela is very responsible, she always responds to messages immediately. The house is very nice and cozy. The only thing I would change is the consumption of light, I think that should be included in the price! Turtles are certainly a too special touch.

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

We have a wonderful time in Ketchup house. It was my second time and there ara no words to describe how responsable, kindly Levi is You always have the fastest answers to anything you need. I’ll give an A + Highly Recommended We hope to comeback soon

The pool, deck and beach were amazing. It was an awesome place to relax and enjoy our downtime as a family. Loved the nighttime breeze under the stars. Arnoldo was an awesome host- very friendly, responsive and helpful. Also really appreciated the good onsite care and help provided by Carlos and Juana.

We got in late with two small kids. Todd had the place stocked with groceries for us and arranged for our transportation from the airport. The place is beautiful. We swam in the lake a ton and were treated to close encounters with Howler monkeys 2 of our 3 mornings there. We cannot wait to return. Todd and the staff were so helpful and responsive. Don’t hesitate!

Very good state, the service from Maynor and Jeremy were always excellent pending any enquiries. The place is just as described. The only thing is that I think the mattress on the sofa bed already needs a change is quite uncomfortable to sleep. thank you so much for everything.
