B&B is located in the new downtown of Managua in a safe area. It is 5 minutes walking to a Mall that has stores, pharmacies; a supermarket; banks and a food court. It is surrounded by 30 restaurants that offer diversity of food: seafood, meat, vegetarian and local dishes. There is a bus stop 10 minutes walking that has service to different cities. Also there is close a park, a medical center and a gym. It is located 30 minutes from the airport and close to Princes and Intercontinental Hotels.
