Private 3 bedroom single family home 4 miles to white sand gulf beaches Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. HEATED SALTWATER POOL home with access to ride bikes to the beach. Spread out in the oversized backyard with your own private pool and sitting area, featuring artificial turf yard and putting green, and beautiful landscaping. All hurricane damage has been repaired. The fence is fixed and the backyard is again completely private. The pergola pictured in photos was lost in the storm.

Some of the best Sunsets and more Birds than you can count. Very spacious for your family and friends The master bedroom is upstairs and has sliding glass doors to a large balcony overlooking the Bay. The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs, one of those has sliding glass doors that open to the pool deck. All living areas as well as the kitchen have beautiful views of the Bay as well. The living room has a huge sectional and offers a 70-inch HDTV. TV in rooms Smart TV's with Netflix
