自然豊かな海辺の田舎町に佇む築100年の歴史ある一軒家を、古き良さを残しつつ、より快適に寛げるようにリノベーションしました。 和室3部屋、離れ和室、リビング(板の間)、ダイニングキッチンという贅沢な空間で、ゆっくりとした時間をお過ごしください。 周囲は時が止まったかのような、どこか懐かしい古い家並み。 そして徒歩30秒で海! 海からは絶景の富士山が見られます。 ※ご家族連れの方におすすめの施設になります。 ※男性のみで５人以上ご利用時に騒音のクレームが比較的増えます。 ハウスルールにもあるように節度ある行動をお願いいたします。 ※当施設は築100年の古民家です。構造上、壁や窓が薄いため外に音が漏れやすくなっています。ハウスルールにも記載していますが、夜9時以降は騒音に十分気をつけていただきますよう、ご協力お願いします。 特に大人数でのご利用時に近隣からのクレームが入ることがあります。当施設は近隣の方のご協力を得ながら運営しております。 田舎の住宅街ということもあり、お互いがマナーを守り、過ごしやすい環境を保っていただけますようにご理解、ご協力をお願いいたします。

Our house is located in this area of Hakone Sengokuhara.It has more nature-filled areas compared with other regions in Hakone. In Sengokuhara, there is also a botanical garden, a museum and golf courses in harmony with the existing nature. It is very convenient to go to Odawara, Hakone-Yumoto, Gotemba, Shinjuku, Yokohama, and Haneda Airport. And 4-5 minutes to the supermarket.7-8 minutes to the drug store and convenience store.Here is very convenient and look forward to your arrival!

This is an apartment type room in a very convenient location, just 5 minutes walk from Odawara Station. There are many shops around the apartment that are essential for daily life, from restaurants and bars to supermarkets and convenience stores. What's more, we have free Wi-Fi, so you won't have to worry about connecting to the internet! It is recommended as it is close to famous tourist spots such as Kamakura, Hakone, and Tokyo!

Hakone Villa with Private Onsen, Ryokan Style

Authenic Japanese style mixed with modern comfort. The private onsen is the biggest feature of the house. Also it has a Japanese style garden where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery just sitting on the tatami. The house is 25 min bus ride from Hakone-Yumoto. From the nearest bus stop, Midorinomura-Iriguchi, it's about 2 min walk. It is also very close (3min bus ride) to Sounzan, the terminal of the Hakone rope way.

Villa Hasegawa

富士山に一番近い湖。標高1,000ｍの高原リゾートです。 冬は「ダイアモンド富士」が観れて、４月から10月は花が咲き富士山が一層綺麗に観れるシーズンです‼ 「ワカサギ釣り」は暖房付きのドーム船で春から秋、冬から春がシーズンです。 林の中のログハウスで湖畔まで徒歩１０分の距離です。 室内には和室用のテーブルと座布団、冷蔵庫や湯沸し器、キッチン用具を揃えてます。 冬の寒さ対策として、エアコンディショナー、オイルヒーターを用意してあります。 庭でバーベキュー(BBQグリル一式の使用料:1,000 円、食材と炭はご持参)や花火(ご持参)が出来ます‼ 但し、花火は21時迄で、それ以降は出来ません。 ベッドは5名分です。乳児の添い寝は無料ですが、追加で布団の用意も承ります（料金は1人分2,000円）。 貸し自転車を4台(1日1台1,000円)用意しています。 室内は禁煙ですが、庭かテラスでの喫煙は可能。

With a panoramic view of the tranquility and abundant nature, this spacious 4LDK rental villa can accommodate up to 16 people. In addition, up to two small dogs are allowed. A spacious kitchen and rental BBQ grill are available so you can enjoy delicious food while enjoying nature. Hot spring facilities can be accessed within a 5-minute walk.

OCEAN VIEW Atami’s house

※Family group is maximum 8 person. Friend group is maximum 5 person.※ This house is my vacation home and located between Yugawara and Atami, both are known as a famous onsen places in Japan. You'll get an amazing view from here, especially from 2nd floor. It's a little far from the staion but easy to access by car. There's paking space.
