Holiday rentals in Sumida City

stayed there for 3 night last week (winter season), and our stay was so good. it's beside a supermarket, walkable restaurants lined on the way going to the station. we just had a little problem checking in due to some lock issues but our host responded fast to our concern and fixed it for us the next day. our group of 8pax stayed at the place and it's just enough. i just hope the house was equipped with heated floors especially for winter season but the ACs work well and helped us stay warm and toasty in bed 😊. on our 3rd day, we experienced another problem due to the power outage but was resolved after an hour. i recommend this house for families of 6-8pax for comfortable stay. the design if the house is like a mixture of modern architecture and traditional Japanese house. thank you, Sir Otomo

Great property close to restaurants and transport. Very comfortable and clean. We walked to Shinjuku and Harajuku only 40mins of course you can use public transport but walking lets you experience more through backstreets. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Most responsive host. 👌

The place is walkable around 9 mins or maybe less if you walk fast. 1 bus ride to Disney but takes around 15 mins to walk to. Overall good location; I wish it was just a bit nearer to the station. Bathrooms are all on the 1st floor. Toilet on 1st and 2nd. It's kind of a hassle to take a bath if your room is on the 3rd floor however. Amenities are complete and there's a lot of supply. Train noises are there but it's not loud that it bothers us especially that we're tired each day. In conclusion, nice place to stay! If the group staying here don't want stairs, I don't really recommend, otherwise, this is a good place to stay in.

One of greatest house I’ve experienced ever.

The location was 7-10mins to the nearest station and there were lots of good restaurants in the area. The room was on the 4th floor and has no elevator but it was manageable. Yuki was very nice and she replied to our concerns quickly. Her place had everything that we needed during our stay and very spacious for 5 people. It was a great value for money.

This place was still special. I came with 3 good friends and this was just so special for us. It was in a great location. Ray the host was so awesome. She was such a big help and we will be back again.

We stayed here last year when we visited Tokyo. Macoto was very kind, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. There are also great cafes and restaurants nearby, and transportation is convenient. It’s a place we would love to stay again.
