Incredible Historical Townhouse

Our house in the Iunno neighbourhood in Mattinata is just outstanding, featuring its own main door, an antique fireplace, 3 floors, AC, 2 bedrooms (one on the mezzanine floor with sofa bed) and a kitchen with views and roof terrace. The house is in one of the most iconic streets in Mattinata, surrounded by suggestive historical buildings. You can enjoy some breath-taking dawns and sunsets on the roof terrace, as well as walk in 2 mins to most amenities in town and in 20 mins to the beach.

Dimora del Pescatore 1: a charming house in Puglia

This house tells a true story. In these four walls, since the early 1900s, you could breathe "sea air". Michele, born in 1905, started fishing at the age of ten. He rode the waves for more than sixty years and, together with his wife Antonietta, raised their eight children in this house. Lorenzo is one of them, born in 1944. He got to know the sea as a child, and they haven't left each other yet. This house is a tribute to them, to Grandpa Michele and Dad Lorenzo.
