IDEAL LOCATION FOR THOSE WHO WANT A BEACH WITHOUT CROWDS. Located on the border of Angra dos Reis with Mangaratiba, in the prime area for access to the islands of Angra and Ilha Grande. The apartment has 2 en-suites with closets, a living room, an open kitchen, a balcony with a sea view, internet, cable TV, and air-conditioning in the rooms. The Resort has an exclusive beach; marina; 3 tennis courts, a court where you can play volleyball, indoor soccer and basketball; children's, adult's and oceanic pools; dry and steam saunas; SPA; ETC.

Two bedroom and two bathrooms apartment, inside the Porto Real Resort Condominium, with a wonderful view of the sea. It accommodates well 6 people, with 05 single beds and 01 double beds, on platforms. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedrooms, cable television in the living room and full open-plan kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker and all household utensils. Note: The club's swimming pool is under construction until Dec/2025. I do not provide bed linen or towels.

Excellent apartment in Itacuruçá!

We are pet friendly 🐕 but we do not accept puppies (up to 18 months old). It is mandatory to inform us at the time of booking. Our Insta @costaverde_apartments, there you will find videos and photos of the property and tips on places and tours. Take all family and friends to this great place with plenty of room to have fun, we have wi-fi for anyone for work. The condominium has a leisure area with swimming pools, sauna, tennis court, football pitch, basketball court, playground for children, mini market, etc.

A modern living area features a wooden entertainment center with a television and decorative items. Large windows provide a view of the lush surroundings. A comfortable sofa in muted colors is positioned to offer a relaxing space. Light pours in from the outside, enhancing the ambiance.
