Holiday rentals with beach access in Mangawhai Heads

It's a warm, warm and unforgettable memory.Because it is in the first row of excellent sea view coast, sit on the balcony facing the sea entrance 180 degrees, enjoy breakfast, slip mobile phone, go through magazines, and so on. With the patience, the thoughtfulness of the host couple, it made us "at home". Thanks again to their husband and wife for such a clean, tidy and comfortable place to stay.

This sweet 2 bdm apt hosted by Ruth was just lovely, it was absolutely spotless and we had everything we needed. Our group of 3 adults were truly comfortable in the spacious lounge and we will come back here next time we are visiting our relatives in Snells Beach. Lovely stay, highly recommend Lil's place. The location is awesome, so relaxing, comfortable bed, everything you need for a great stay is provided, love there is a full size fridge, BBQ, washing machine and dryer amongst other essentials. Lil is very helpful and there is plenty of information about walks, where to go and what to see. Being able to walk across the road to the water each day was a bonus and the views from the unit are forever changing as the tides come and go and the sun rises and sets. Some days there are cattle next door at the fence. I highly recommend staying and will return in the near future.

Leanne was a wonderful host; excellent with communication and very helpful. The accomodation has a stunning view and is beautifully kept - comfortable, clean and just right for our stay (a two-nighter). The location was excellent; close to the city which has wonderful restaurants - of note The Quay. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay. A lovely apartment with views of the water- we ate dinner every evening sitting on the patio enjoying the bay. The apartment itself was clean and very comfortable. Robyn was so helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area and on our forward journey. Always responsive and kind. Loved the personal touches such as fresh flowers and cookies. Wish we had organized things to stay longer. Thank you Robyn!

We had a great stay for our friend’s wedding located in Langs Beach. The rooms are spacious, each with a good working fan for those hot summer nights. The place is clean and has everything you need. Thank you!

The house is just a stone’s throw away from the beach, which made it super convenient for daily trips. It was well presented, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. You can tell the house is well-lived in, as it has every utensil and necessity you could possibly need – making it feel like home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped spot by the beach for a family. Will definitely stay again!

This is really a haven place for family. Ms Jessica was really a great and helpful host. The family really enjoyed our stay. Our dad, brother and cousins had a great time because the place was very near to their fishing spot. Dairy were just the corner walking distance which was really convenient. Overall this place is really homey, peaceful and stress free. Indeed you can say its a HOME. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and approving our reservation plus allowing extra person which is our nephew. 🙏🏻

This house is beautifully situated right on the water - at high tide the water reaches the wall. The house is beautifully decorated and feels very homey. With a log fire, a separate granny flat and 3 other good sized bedrooms, we loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing modern accomodation with a stunning view. Great location (though is a drive to the beach) but great for walks on the estuary. Quiet & private enough. Really nice high quality build. Will be back for sure.

Photos don't do this place justice... we were floored by the beautiful views! Everything was so cosy and clean.. beds were super comfy! Lyndsay made our stay awesome and her personal welcoming touches made us feel right at home!

Back again! It’s a great place with incredible views out to the Barriers. Simple but stylish with plenty of tools in the kitchen to knock up a great feed, and, the best slumber with the comfiest of beds. I reckon we’ll be back!

What a great find! Beautiful spacious family home in Omaha, less than 10 min walk to the beach and a few mins drive from Matakana village. we stayed here with 3 couples and 3 kids over the long weekend and had a fabulous time. everything is walkable, stunning ocean views from the balcony and living area, comfy beds, and well stocked kitchen to self cater your meals. we will be back for a longer stay in the summer!
