My apartment in the center of Karşıyaka is located on a spacious street away from the noise. It is in a new building, on the mezzanine floor, with a balcony and an elevator. Karşıyaka is 10 minutes away from the beach and the bazaar, and only 3 minutes away from the metro. There are many restaurants and chain markets around the house. There is direct metro transportation from Izmir airport. It is also 20 minutes by tram to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers. Our house is a great stopover, especially for those traveling between Istanbul and Izmir and the southern Aegean. It is 1 hour from Izmir, 15 minutes from Akhisar, 45 minutes from Bergama. It is a fully furnished house with central heating, air conditioning, a total capacity of 7 people and six beds. Since it has a very large kitchen, the kitchen is also a comfortable working space. With its location in the city center, you can easily meet all your needs.

My apartment is on the most attractive street of Izmir ‘Kibris Şehitleri’ with a sea view. One block away from sea front. (a minute by walk) and very close to Alsancak train station. (10 minutes by walk.) Apartment is on the 7th floor with an elevator. Our kitchen is well equiped and at your disposal for your own cooking. Free and unlimited fiber wi-fi. Apartment is at the middle of the various kind of restaurants, pubs and cafes.
