This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests (unless extreme temperatures). Our 200 sqft rustic A-frame cabin on a 10 acre property with soaker tub, and 2 excited off leash dogs. The cabin is in a private spot 150 feet from the main house, and a 300 foot walk from parking. Cabin features a double bed in the loft, and a convertible couch. Kitchen is fully functioning with fridge, stove, cookware, dishes, soap and linens. Water is a jug/bucket system. Toilet is a sawdust bucket composting toilet. Heated by wood stove. 25 minutes from Falcon Lake.

It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

This off-grid 4 season glamping dome cabin is located on a beautiful 20 acre property at a 10 min drive from the shores of Lake Winnipeg and 5 mins away from Gull Lake. Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.
