You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Enjoy a quiet drink under the stars by the crackling firepit overlooking the lake. Ideal for 4 couples or 2 families looking for a quick getaway just an hour up the freeway from Wahroonga.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Looking to relax or have an activity filled escape, we offer both. Modern, well equipped home situated on the lakefront with gentle sloping grass to the waters edge shaded by majestic trees. Kayaks/Canoes are provided with life jackets & bicycles with helmets. Plenty of room for kids to play while you sit back under an undercover patio or on the benches around the fire pit with a drink in hand watching the amazing sunsets. This freshly renovated studio offers a king size bed , private en-suite, lounge-dining and kitchenette with all you need for a getaway on the shores of Lake Macquarie.
