Our 3 Bedroom home on 5 acres has everything you need, Either Relax inside in the Large Kitchen / Lounge area or sit outside around the fire, both options with Panoramic view of Mt Buller and Mansfield. All bedrooms are very large with Queens beds , Walk in robes & TV's on the wall. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have additional pull out sofa Beds & main bedroom with ensuite. Easy 1km walk to town. Our gorgeous home has a generous open plan kitchen/dining area and separate lounge and a reading room. It offers a private, spacious and relaxing garden, fully fenced for your four legged friends with undercover deck. Easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Great place to base yourself for all the activities the High Country has to offer including easy access to the snow fields via Mt Buller or Mt Stirling. Rivers, Lakes and Mountains to explore for swimming, fishing or boating.

Bob's Cottage Mansfield

Bob's cottage is a unique, private, self-contained high-country accommodation, located on the historic Delatite Station, a 4,000 acre working farm. It was originally built in the 1930s for Delatite’s first full-time gardener and has recently been renovated. Nestled into the side of a hill, above the Delatite river. The farm cottage has glorious views across pastoral river flats with the ever-changing colours of the mountains as a backdrop. Perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.
