This house was so clean & cute!! Gave us the perfect space for our out of town family to stay and roomy enough for local family members to visit. This place worked out PERFECTLY!! We enjoyed every space in this home. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee on the deck. Our Texas family played the lottery in hopes they could buy the place and not have to check out lol.

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

When I found this gem online, there were over 500 - 5-star reviews so I had to book! When we arrived, we could absolutely see why. The grounds are beautiful with lovely landscaping, multiple sitting areas to enjoy and charming lighting throughout the landscaping to enjoy on nice evenings. Inside the cottage, Bill and Paul did not spare a single detail - from a very comfortable bed with super soft linens, to a fully stocked kitchen with multiple treats, drinks and fresh baked goods, to very thoughtful touches throughout the place. Everything was in pristine condition and very clean. The location is perfect for a short walk into town or up the hill to Ironstone Vineyards. If you're considering a visit to Murphys, don't think twice about booking this cottage. We will definitely be returning!

My recent stay at an Alicia & Brads property was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing detailed instructions for check-in and offering local tips that enriched my stay. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the comfortable bedding to the well-equipped kitchen. The space felt like a home away from home, blending comfort and luxury seamlessly. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the balcony, which offered a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to popular attractions and dining options. Communication with the host was seamless throughout my stay. They were responsive and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. 💜💚💛

Great house with ideal privacy and fenced in yard.

Absolutely awesome place. Super clean, everything we needed was there - and labeled! - plus exciting extras, like popcorn, peppermint bark, fancy glassware that really added to the moment, and the espresso machine was a dream come true! The automatic lights in the bathroom was also a plus. Great night of sleep, super comfortable and very quiet. No complaints. And the backyard is HUGE, our dog may have had the most fun of everyone :)

Sandra was awesome! We even invited her to hang out a couple days. Lovely lady. I’ll start with the good parts. It was VERY clean. Very comfortable as well. The shower was great. Lots of hot water, even for both of us. Fishing was great. Right off both decks. It was very peaceful there. I can’t begin to tell you how many different kinds of birds, seals, and river otters we saw. Very cool. Bring binoculars! The negative feedback I have, and not reflecting on Sandy at all, but the owner. And I hope they read this. Many things are breaking or broken. The sauna didn’t work. And I was looking forward to that. Big bummer. Almost all the blinds were half hanging down because they were broken too. The bbq only half worked, so that was inconvenient. The lock on the main door didn’t lock. Kinda worrisome. It just needs some care and maintenance. Now again, we loved Sandy, and would consider going back if it was repaired.

Our family rented the home with adu unit and it was worth the experience. The kitchen was the main highlight and we spent most of our time there. Highly recommend this home for a large family trip but still feel right at home. The home had all the ammenities provided and the location was very safe with a nice park for kids to play closeby. Eric was a pleasure to communicate and any concenrs were addressed promptly. Wish we stayed longer. Truly a value for the location.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay at the bungalow. The place was very well kept, the best part is large deck, my son loved being able to fish day and night, caught 10+ fish (stripped bass and catfish) would definitely return just for the views and fishing
