We have basic bikes available to use - perfect for a leisurely ride around the area. The self contained Studio is located behind our Art Deco home, with your own parking bay. Located close to the " viaduct basin " of Gisborne - Restaurants, Kaiti Hill, Museum, Cycleway, Beaches and a short 10 minute walk to the river and Gisborne CBD. The Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. The Barn

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. 5km from The City Centre, everything is close. Situated in Rural Gisborne you will wake up to the sound of our farm babies not the noise of town. This open plan, apartment is above our storage garage. You will have your own parking and entrance to your little apartment. The Manor Guest House

The Manor Guest House is compact, cosy, comfortable and very quiet. Tucked away from the road in a park like setting it is very peaceful. The bed is comfortable with cotton sheet and warm duvet as well as an electric blanket for the colder nights. The Kitchen is equipped with a bench top oven, cooktop, fridge and coffee maker. You have your own private garden which is bathed in sun for most of the day. Roughly 5minutes drive to town, town beach and about the same to the coastal beaches.

Beach front bach on Wainui Beach. Fantastic views whatever the weather, stunning surf beach, the bach overlooks it all. Wow factor sun rises, keep the curtains open and have a treat! The cottage has a queen bed in an annex in the main area so you can wake up to the view, or watch the waves at night under the moon. There are bunks in the bedroom, a heat pump for toastie winters, this place is a rustic humble piece of kiwiana beachlife, a total rejuvination space and a surfers heaven.

Wheatstone Studio

Our modern, architecturally designed detached studio is the perfect accommodation for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Pōhatu Studio, A retreat by the River

Pōhatu, meaning stone in Maori, is a beautiful 1925 Arts & Crafts house built by one of regions wealthiest landowners. Lovingly restored in 2020, the guest room is self contained and absorbs the morning sun. Pohatu is located beside the Waimata River, on a 3000m2 section surrounded by mature trees and gardens which afford privacy for sitting outside with your favourite beverage. The property is a short walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
