Holiday rentals with breakfast in Mapo-gu

The place is exceptional, matches the photos, very well equipped, pretty and the host is adorable. Breakfasts are totally validated by our group of 9 friends. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

The location was great and the side dishes and barbecue were great. I was also very satisfied with the provision of tableware and disposables. I want to use it again next time.

It is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs where there is a lot of food nearby, there is a bus stop and a subway station within five minutes, and the airport bus stop is also nearby! It was very comfortable to stay in and the room was spacious. But there is no elevator and may not be very suitable for travelers with too heavy luggage.

I used it as a party place with my friends, and it was spacious and cozy for 6 people to use ~ The kitchen facilities were narrow, so it was good except that it was difficult for many people to wash the dishes. I'll visit again

318Stay was great! A central location within walking distance to Namsan Tower, Myeongdong shops and public transport. The room was great and Amy is a lovely host with good local recommendations and extremely responsive. Having breakfast each day was perfect and delicious. Thank you Amy!

I was worried because I had a lot of luggage I brought, but I was satisfied because the host helped me pick me up. It was nice to have a small tourist attraction than I thought. I recommend you to visit Eunpyeong Hanok Village. It was nice to have a lot of convenience facilities and restaurants nearby

It has been a pleasure staying at Sophia’s cozy home! The hosts are super friendly and always quick at responding back to our messages. We were struggling to book a taxi on our way back but the host helped us out with no hesitation. Thankfully we were able to travel back safely. I would love to come back when I visit Korea next time :)

We are a group of seven ladies coming for a leisure trip. Gayá has given us a warm welcome and explained to us how to ask them for assistance in using Seoul’s taxi/food deliveries etc in a local way. The rooms are spacious and clean. it’s a big bonus that it provides laundry facilities. You can get all the amenities e.g. slippers/toothbrush/toothpaste/shower/shampoo/conditioner/lots of towels just the same as hotels. All the electrical appliances including the air conditioners work well and had made our stay so comfortable. Just some points to note: for people who are easily awaken by light it’d be nice to bring your own eye shield coz some of the rooms use blinds rather than blackout curtains. Just an issue for people who are sensitive to light. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and we all feel very relaxed throughout our stay. Overall I’d highly recommend to big groups travelling to Seoul especially for groups of families.

We loved our stay here! We were a family of four traveling with the grandparents for a little over a week and this space worked great for us - we needed 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry. The host was so flexible and responsive working with us to store bags, get into the space a little early, and eventually leave a little later, and great about answering any and all questions. Everything was clean and easy to find and she walked us through how to use everything. The only concern I had was it was a little far from areas we like to visit like Gangnam and Hongdae and Myeongdong but it was easy to walk to the green line and ride the subway for 15-30 minutes, plus we had no problems getting taxis when we needed. The neighborhood had tons of convenience stores and good restaurants which was a huge plus for us. Would definitely recommend!

This was such a great stay. The place was in a great location and super clean. Amelie was a great host with easy to follow instructions and fast responses to any questions i had. Will definitely be coming back !

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

I planned trip to South Korea for myself and 2 friends and the apartment was excellent. Enough space for us and closet space, close to Seoul station for trips and easy to get to for transportation. Gaya and team are very responsive and have been extremely helpful on our journey. I would definitely come back and stay here or any home managed by COZE. "Kam sa hamida" (감사합니다)!!!!

This stay was great, I consulted the host for some issues outside of the house, all very positive and pleasant help solved.There was a small episode on the day of check-in because the check-in code was wrong, but it was resolved very quickly.I would like to find a print shop near the homestay, the host not only shared the specific location, but also helped call the owner of the printing shop to confirm if everything was ok, thank the host very much for his help. The room is new and very clean, there is no odor at all, the appliances are fully equipped, and it is very reassuring to live in.And the room is very nice and cozy, and I can feel the host's thoughtfulness. The homestay is near Hongdae, very close to the subway station restaurants and a lot of shops, good location. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and made my trip to Seoul very smooth, will consider staying again next time, and I highly recommend everyone to stay!

Beautiful spacious luxury apartment in central Gangnam area!! Everything was so spotless and clean! The views were awesome. Very high tech with heated floors, great air conditioning, and we loved having a steamer and washer/dryer. We also appreciate all of the kid friendly amenities like a high chair, kid utensils, and toys/books. Would highly recommend, and we will stay again if we are in the area!

Zen was very responsive. They offered pick up and drop off from ICN, which was great. Place was so close to metro line 9 and plenty of eats and Olive Young and pharmacy downstairs. Condo was clean, offered everything needed for our week-long stay in Gangnam.

It is the most complete house I ever stayed! You basically just have to bring your clothing and check in. Lovely place with great location.

Brian (and his brother) are really helpful and friendly. They are happy to help guests order food delivery, book train tickets etc. They know each guest by name & will suggest places for you visit. It's great chatting with them as they give you a glimpse into Korean culture as well.

Jooseok is a great host, not just friendly but also very available and helpful. The place is super clean & peaceful. 5-20 mins walk to all you want to see and do around the area with alot of good places to eat too. Will stay again definitely!

The landlord can speak Chinese, the people are very nice and welcoming, there is a very family kitty in the house, rubbing people as soon as I meet, very cute!It was comfortable for a few days to stay here, the room, bathroom, and common area were very clean and very cozy!Subway station, the bus stop is not far away, and it is convenient to travel!Next time, I'll come back if I have a chance ~

The location is wonderful and it’s placed right in between two palaces and the Hanok Village but yet still very much peaceful and quiet. When you check in you get a little history about the property that you’re staying on and the tea and breakfast is a wonderful touch to a beautiful stay. I would definitely come here again.

Accurate description of the place. Jay was very nice and helpful. There was even a small breakfast in the morning. Would Stay here again if I am in Seoul again.
