The apartment is part of one of the old Marplatense style houses, it is just like the photos and is really beautiful. I'm sure to go again. Lola's care was impeccable. The area where it is located is divine, we will definitely be back. 100% recommended

Marian is an excellent host! Also, the apartment has the best views I saw in Mardel of all the listings I was in. The area is a 10, steps from Varese, steps from Cabo Corrientes, from Playa Chica. A few blocks from Alem for dinner and for access to markets. Enjoy these days a lot, and I would definitely come back!

Lucas has set a totally new meaning to superhost. From the moment he picked me up at the bus station until the day he dropped me off he was really doing extra miles to make me feel at home and surounded by friends. I came here also to learn sirfing and the surf school Lucas has has the same energy - full of heart, passion for people and the sea. He is not only a surf champion and coach, he is dedicating his time enabling people with different disabilities to have the experience of the sea and surf. With him, you imediately become a part of a family. Every free moment he had made sure I visit the best places, have the best local experience and that as a solo traveler, i never felt alone. Andnit wasn't just for me. Lucas simply is like this. Carring, attentive, warm person, that cares about everything and everyone. You feel this is the appartment, you feel this in the surf school..my time in Mar del Plata was a true perfection - all thanks to Lucas! As said, next level super host. <3

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The apartment was super warm, we felt very comfortable, like at home and the fact that it has all the amenities, made the trip very much easier and we only had to bring what we were going to wear. Semipiso located above Alem, one block from the Sheraton of Playa Grande. Super spacious. You can park up to a van in the garage. The radiant slab works perfectly. The living room faces the ocean. The rooms have an incredible view of the entire city from the 15th floor.

The depto. is as it is published in the photos, for us the security on both balconies and the garage was something that weighed quite in the decision to rent because we have a small girl. The place has an ideal location, close to the Hotel Provincial but also close to Güemes. The kitchen, very complete (we did not cook but we had utensils available in case of wanting to). The pool is heated and was something we didn't know so it was a nice surprise and we were able to enjoy it quite a bit. To repeat, without a doubt. Thank you, Fernando!

The apartment is beautiful with everything you need to spend a great vacation, has spectacular views from anywhere, 24-hour security and the heated pool is beautiful. Great location, close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Below you have a warehouse that has everything and at a good price. Carlos is a good anfitreon, he responds quickly and gives you recommendations for places to visit. We would definitely come back.
