Bright loft, super king bed, double glazing, radiant slab, air conditioning and blackout curtains on all windows. Separate entrance, good insulation. My workshop is on the ground floor with a completely separate entrance. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.
