Relax with the whole family in this unique house. Located on the ground floor of San Isidro, just a short walk from the river and surrounded by trees, our house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The neighbourhood has tree-lined streets and green spaces. The two-storey house has 3 bedrooms (one en suite), 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. It offers comfort, plenty of natural light and air conditioning (cool/heat) in all rooms, as well as central heating. It also has a garden with a swimming pool, a barbecue and a glazed gazebo.

My workshop is on the ground floor with a completely separate entrance. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. The apartment is very bright and has all the necessary amenities for a more than comfortable stay. Very quiet area. Located a few metres from the San Isidro station on the Mitre train and all means of transport and restaurants. You can walk to the river, the aerobic promenade or the racecourse. The main cathedral is also very close, as is the north coast train to visit Tigre or Villa López along the river. 1 hour from the airports and the centre of Buenos Aires (CABA).
