Vila My Vladan je mjesto u kojem ćete se opustiti i pobjeći od stresa. Kuća se nalazi na osamljenom položaju bez susjeda, te pruža gostima privatnost i mir. Mjesto je na kojemu možete uživati u miru i svježem seoskom zraku a u blizini grada Rovinja, te smještena samo 3 km od gradske plaže Cuvi kao i do centra grada. Parkinga ima u izobilju te je sve pošumljeno sa hrastovim stablima. Okružena maslinicima i 10000m2 šume kao i 3000m2 privatnog dvorišta, vila je doista smještena usred zelenila.

Situated close to Poreč, but still in a distanced quiet area, offering a lot of privacy with a private swimming pool and big charming garden. Our house can can accommodate up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms, offering one separate unit. Outside, our guests can enjoy a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outside grill area and many children attractions, which makes a perfect choice for families with children.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.
