Stefano is truly a Superhost!!! Available and extremely courteous, his apartment is the perfect place to visit both Sirolo and Numana: very central location, great parking service offered by the host and the short path to the beach starts right from Sky! The apartment was very clean, quiet, with attention to detail and equipped with everything. We especially appreciated the welcome expense offered by the host, the various hygiene products (not discounted on Airbnb services!), and the sought-after breakfast treats and afternoon snacks overlooking the sea! We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

We were 2 adults and 2 children, and we went in October. The location is residential and quiet. The apartment is new, with good appliances, kitchen utensils, beds, bathroom and was very clean. There is a dishwasher, and you can cook in peace. There is free street parking. We had no difficulty parking, although on some days it was not possible to leave the car in front of the apartment. We used the place to visit San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno and Senigallia. Giovanna was an excellent host. We recommend the place.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

We felt at home. In the beautiful centre of Lapedona, you can live like an Italian. Sea view and view of the Marche. The house has everything you need. Beautiful details. Everything is good.

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

There were a few technical issues with the a/c and wireless network when we arrived at the property but after a simple phone call, these were sorted out by the following day without any hassle. The property and location are fantastic and four generations of our family from Leeds, London, Madrid and Budapest gathered there for two weeks and we made some unforgettable memories. There is enough room to accommodate this number of people without getting under each other's feet but the highlight for me has to be the size of the swimming pool. If you are looking for somewhere that is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery then I would definitely recommend this place. SteveC

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The house is really nice: tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It was a convenient starting point for a few trips. Too bad Cesano doesn't offer much: those who only look for tranquility will be in the ideal place. Returning home, we will miss the balcony overlooking the sea! Andrea and his wife were always very helpful.

Top-notch hospitality, small touches dedicated to the customer very pleasant. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all amenities. Right price. We had a good time. A bit suburban but still within walking distance of the center of Jesi, which is worth a visit.

It was a special four days in Ancona. Very comfortable apartment, extra clean and fantastically equipped. We found literally everything for a perfect getaway. Centrally located Thoughtful decor and very clean when you arrive. Quiet condominium but on a very busy road ( fixtures dampen a lot but not entirely) Simone is the polite and punctual cohost: a real gentleman. Attention to the garage: I don't think it is possible to have comfortable access with large cars or SUVs and in addition the place assigned to the apartment (at the bottom right) must be used on the contrary (guide side attached to the wall) with maneuvers, we had no problems with a small car. Street parking during my ( August) almost impossible to find street parking. Highly rated bikes.
