It is located on the same plot as our main residence and therefore in a shared courtyard. It consists of a living room with sofa bed, a TV, the fireplace is not functional, an open plan kitchen and fully equipped, a toilet with sink, and a shower room. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with double bed, as well as a shower room with WC.

This apartment of about 30 sqm is located in the city center of Périers on a quiet street and close to many shops. It is on the ground floor of the house (single storey) and totally independent.
