The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

The kitchen features a window that offers a view of the sea, complemented by decorative tiles in various patterns on the walls. Modern fixtures and a double sink are visible, along with a small potted plant adding a touch of greenery.

I love this apartment! It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a Queen size bed. The bathroom has a very big shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is perfect to chill out and to make conversations. Last but not least, there is a liveable and sea-view balcony! The beach in front has a playground for children on the beach and on inflatables, a volleyball court, numerous bars, pubs and restaurants nearby. Bus stop under the house and subway stop 200 meters away. Equipped with 3 bicycles. Bicycle rental is 100 meters away. The waterfront bike path passes under the house and also reaches the city center.
