The accommodation is private; if there are two of you, one bedroom and one bathroom will be available, and the others will be closed. You can pay a surcharge to use more spaces. Maximum 5 people. Parties are not allowed. The house is located on a hill 195 metres above sea level, surrounded by nature. On the ground floor, two rooms measuring 3.1 x 3.8 m and 2.8 x 3.8 m are available to rent, each with its own 2.2 x 2.5 m bathroom. There is a separate entrance to the rooms. The host lives in the rest of the house. Guests rent two bedrooms, a bathroom, a 50 m² saltwater pool, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a 30 m² porch with magnificent sea views, a 200 m² garden, and parking.

Loft in a rural setting with spectacular views

We offer you accommodation in a rural environment where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, keeping the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. NO BARBECUES ALLOWED

A 30 sq. meter independent loft within the space of my house, totally private, newly built with lots of natural light thanks to its 5 windows all facing outwards. The pool is for the private use of the loft and house. Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you can reach Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, a shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB. Located a 7-minute drive from the UAB.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, the barbecue, the sun terrace and the patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, some of my family may also be there, but they'll always respect the privacy of the guests.

During your stay, you will be able to enjoy the outdoor area for relaxing, as well as the private swimming pool. (But there is some external visibility.) Free parking inside the estate. The property is located 15 minutes from Barcelona and a few kilometres from beaches and other attractions.
