Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Situated on the quieter west side of town, and on the way to the beach....the rails to trails path nearby takes you through the beautiful forest and bush, or a short ten minute drive away are the stunning beaches, wineries and caves. Hire or bring a bike and explore the many mountain bike trails.

Enjoy a walk or bike ride past Cape Mentelle and Xandadu Vinyards, along the tranquil bush track into town and finish the day watching the sunset at Surfers Point or relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck.

The Terrace House is close to restaurants & dining - only a few minutes from the vibrant main street of Margaret River. Walk in the opposite direction and in less than 200 metres you'll be deep into the forest and river trail network. You’ll love my place because of the location in the heart of Margaret River. My place is good for couples, small groups and well behaved furry friends (dogs only). It's ideal for the independent traveler who wants a home away from home. We offer FREE Wi-Fi.

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.
