The apartment is all well organized, clean and smelling, clean bedding and bathing clothes, as well as an apartment well equipped with quality utensils. The neighborhood is very quiet, well located, close to everything (supermarket, park, shopping, pharmacy, restaurant) in addition to being close to one of the main avenues of Maringá that cuts practically the entire city, facilitating mobility.

Comfortable apartment, complete condominium, near parks, easy access. About the apt: full kitchen, good bathrooms, comfortable rooms, closets, washing machine, television with Netflix. Good garage space, at first it may look bad, but understanding is very quiet and easy. Condominium complete, heated pool, quadra….ate foodtruck tem. Close to restaurants and bars. It is well worth it.

great place and extremely clean, the location is great for getting around either by foot, by car or Uber. The bathroom was impeccable as was the rest of the cleaning. The security of the place is very good, the gatehouse (if you are not a resident) needs to free you to enter, to go to the market, if you are going to get an Ifood at the door and need back you have to call and be released by the gatehouse.

It was a great stay, the house is very well-equipped, cozy and has all the elements to ensure entertainment and fun. Communication with Mary was great and everything went as agreed.
