Nice and cozy cottage near the sea.

Cozy cottage near the sea, perfect for your morning swim. Terrace with morning sun and lake view. The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a small kitchenette with an electric stove and a refrigerator, a small sink, no running water inside the cottage but a water post on the outside.  A chemical toilet. A small loft. A few meters from the cottage, there is also a small cottage with a wood-fired sauna with an outdoor shower with a hot water heater. A small sleeping alcove with a double bed and a separate sauna. There are two terraces, the one in the west has a dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There is also an outdoor sink on the east side terrace as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly-built shower and laundry room as well as a frozen toilet a short distance away.

Apartment, 50 square meters which is fully equipped with new and fresh furniture. Calm area with 1.5km to Mariehamn city and about the same distance to a big super market and shopping center. You can reach the beach within a few minutes with car or 15-20 minute by foot. With a big king size bed and a sofa bed you can comfortably sleep 4 people. An extra bed can be requested if needed. Laundry and sauna is available in the house and is shared with other tenants.

The cottage is located on/right by the sea, still only 6km from the city center. On the 2nd floor you find the bedroom, kitchen/living room and a big balcony. On the 1st floor we have a bathroom, shower and a comfortable sauna with an extraordinary sea view. During the winter the cottage is closed when it’s very cold. Please note that from Oktober to March the rowing boat and kayaks we will not be available for you to use.
