Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

The Pool House

Relax in this tasteful accommodation that is perfectly located in the countryside between Stockholm and Uppsala near Arlanda. Enjoy the pool on a large lovely terrace right outside the patio door. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, the kitchen is fully equipped, a fully tiled bathroom with washing machine, as well as parking with charging station. The fields often offer a view of deer and hares. In the forest next door, there is a nice 4.5 km trail. Cows and horses graze in the adjacent pastures. Direct bus to Arlanda about 1-2 times/hour.

Glamping a stone's throw from Stockholm

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You are staying in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-fired fireplace and wonderful views. The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do dishes in the ocean. No temporary unbooked visits are allowed at the property in addition to the two booked. Warm welcome

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right on the lake. This is where you come to enjoy nature. Enjoy a morning or evening dip from the jetty 30 metres away, which you share with the landlords who live in the large house a little further up. Take a trip on the lake or a walk in the woods right outside your door. Nearby, you'll find the Fjällnora outdoor area, and if you want to go into town, it's about 20 minutes to Uppsala city, where you'll find all the restaurants and shopping you could imagine.

Our charming guest cottage is located in a natural beauty area with forests and lakes directly up the corner. Nice hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cottage is about 22 m2 and has a fully tiled bathroom with shower, a simple kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, tile and kettle and kitchen table. There are two beds as well as a sofa bed with a coffee table. Good transport links with bus or car to Uppsala (20 min) and Arlanda (35 min). Only 75 km to Stockholm.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

180 m2 spacious villa in family friendly Lindbacken just outside Uppsala. The house is built in 2014 and renovated in 2021. The place is surrounded by forests and fields, yet with good communications to Uppsala city centre and airport. Buses to central station takes 15 minutes and pass every 10-30 minutes. Arlanda airport is reached in 25 minutes by car or Uber. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, hairdresser and clinic is within walkning distance in Lindbacken.
