The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The cottage contains two bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen living room with a wood stove, as well as a large covered terrace. All in all, a lovely family cottage with incredibly large grounds (1450 m2) only 300 meters from the very popular Marielyst Strand, as well as Marielyst Torv/Centrum, which is full of shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. The cottage is also only 500 meters from Marielyst Golf Club.

Old Fisherman’s House in city centre

Lodged in the absolute centre of Nykøbing Falster you’ll have a feeling of living in a village two hundred years ago. The house is half-timbered and possibly built in 1777. There is 300 m to the major supermarkets and about 500 m to the waterfront of Guldborgsund. The house is located at the end of a very quiet small cobblestoned strait. You will have access to a small cosy (hyggelig) garden behind the house.
