Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mariestad Municipality

Cozy cottage perfect for those who intend to use Lake Vänern's nice water! We were there fishing so this home was perfect for us! Large garage driveway where you could easily back into your boat. Frida was smooth and pleasant to communicate with. We'd love to come again!

Staying in Alexander's house was a real experience. It was wonderful to enjoy the peace, the view, the swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and the boat trip to the island. Alexander gave us the good tip to watch the sunset, worth it! As the icing on the cake, we also saw the northern lights. The accommodation was spacious, cozy and very homely. In short, we would have liked to stay longer.

It’s a hidden gem of the area! It’s extremely cozy and makes you feel at home on a spot. There’re a lot of adorable details across the house that only somebody who cares for creating wholesome experience could add. The house feels bigger inside than it looks from outside. It’s easy to find and wifi works well. It was our getaway from the city so the walks around were magnificent and getting to the lake is less than 40min through the nature reserve. We also had a very good experience with getting all the tips from Sofie. She’s very communicative and eager to help. We wish to come again and use the charm of that little cottage once again!

We had a really wonderful time staying at this really sweet little cottage. It worked great for our needs. The ceilings were low, so it was good it was just us ladies. Jonas responded quickly to my questions. Enjoyed it very much.

We have really enjoyed our stay. The woods are beautiful and the cabin is very well equipped for a longer stay. We have worked remotely there for 3 weeks. The internet is solid and there is more than enough space to focus and get some work done.

A wonderfully cozy place for the autumn holidays. We loved the cute stuga and the lovely hot tub. The cottage is not big, but feels spacious - partly because of the large kitchen. A very nice place to spend time!

We spent three wonderful days in this lakeside house. We were particularly enthusiastic about the private, quiet location right on the lake. Only a small, little-traveled road separates the property from the lake. The spacious terrace and large window front offer spectacular views, especially the sunset over the lake is stunning. Thanks to the great weather, we were able to spend a lot of time outside and use the grill and hot tub extensively, which made the stay perfect. The area also invites you to beautiful hiking and walks. Overall it was a very relaxing time, which we can only recommend!

Beautiful house, large and spacious, a little out of town but not too much, very quiet. The host was very helpful, as soon as a problem arose he moved immediately and solved it quickly.
