Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.
