What guests are saying:“The location was great and Justin gave good directions on how to get there, so we weren’t lost looking for it at night. The place was nice and cozy, but with the windows open the occasional street noise came through. It wasn’t too disruptive, so that was good. The parking spot was tight, so a small vehicle is recommended. The bed and futon were quite comfortable, and I will be looking for a futon just like that one soon.”

Our complex has GYM, Pool, BBQ area, Jacuzzi, Hair Salon, and Coffee Shop. Situated just 1 mile away from The famous Venice Beach Boardwalk, 3 miles from Santa Monica, and 5 miles from LAX! The MDR Beach is easily accessible from our complex and just minutes away from it!

Her place has everything you would need to feel at home. Adding little touchs to welcome us when we ariveed to her place on our getaway. The short walk to the beach never missing a breathtaking Venice Beach sunset is a must! More amenities to use then most 4 star hotels. Having a parking spot was a #1 need for us and being covered was plus. Exalent communication before arriving all the way through leaving. This was a memorable trip thanks for hosting it!”
W of Lincoln: 14x16 studio, separate entrance & en-suite private bath in quiet neighborhood 8 blocks to beach, 1 block to bike path and Abbott Kinney shops and cool eateries. House is airy and light, with meditation/yoga practice room. Bikes available (please read House Rules regarding bike use). Beach towel and chair also available.

You have absolute privacy as a result of the back entrance to the studio, whilst also being able to use the living space in the house if desired. The house is on a quiet, beautiful, surburban street; whilst also being so well connected to the thick of the city. The studio bed was extremely comfortable, the private bathroom a dream, and if you’re lucky, you also may get to hang out with Drake, the cat...would highly recommend.”
