Beautiful house not far from the historic center of Porto Azzurro on the first floor, two balconies with deck chairs and a small table for eating. Upon entering, there is a bright kitchen with appliances, an area with a single sofa bed and television, a hallway with a built-in wardrobe, a large bathroom with a tub that can be used as a shower and a beautiful double bedroom with a large wardrobe. Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen are included in the price. Breakfast is NOT included.

Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea).
