Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

La Dolce Visciola is located among the green hills of the Marche region and overlooks a splendid panorama that stretches from the countryside to the sea. Ideal place for those who love to relax surrounded by nature. For those who want to recharge their batteries while staying at the farmhouse, you will find a large garden with swimming pool, bocce ball court and barbecue. In addition, for those who wish, you can taste some local delicacies from our farm, to fully experience your stay in the Marche through all the senses.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds that can be combined, a bathroom, and a closet.

It is located near the Torrette Regional Hospital and the Marche Polytechnic University School of Medicine within walking distance. It is 7 minutes from Ancona train station and the center and 10 minutes from the port. The airport can be reached in 13 minutes and in 22 minutes we reach the fantastic Riviera del Conero!

Equipped with all the necessary amenities, it has two private balconies with sea views and free WiFi. Great starting point for maritime or food and wine tourism. The nearest airport is Ancona-Falconara, 5 km away. Senigallia with its velvet beach is 12 km away, while the highway is 2 km away.

Intero luminosissimo appartamento di 75 mq, situato al 3° piano, vista mare da ogni stanza, ASCENSORE e con lungo e ampio balcone. La lunga spiaggia (libera a m. 200 ed attrezzata a m. 500), è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi! IMPORTANTE: l'alloggio è tutto in piano (non ci sono salite da fare per raggiungerlo!) e NON SI TROVA A RIDOSSO DELLA FERROVIA, quindi...tranquillità assoluta, no rumori!
