Exceptional hospitality, convenient location (near the freeway) but still secluded: away from both chaos and light pollution (at night you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye). Very clean apartment and equipped with all the comforts/essentials; despite everything, Antonio and his family are always available to meet any need. Our dog also immediately felt at home and in fact he didn't want to leave, which is rare.

Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

Immersed in the peace on the hill between olive trees and vineyards, the apartment turned out to be really spacious and comfortable, matching the photos. Indoor parking always available, effective soundproofing to closed windows, good quality mattresses and pillows combined with the air conditioning in the bedroom, allowed us to rest at its best. From the terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view (an authentic postcard) and, in the evening, there is never a shortage, even on the hottest days of August, a nice cool ventilation that makes your stay very pleasant. Gianluca and his family were kind, attentive, helpful, and ready for any eventuality. Present when needed and discreet at the same time. It is the ideal solution for any type of vacation, in a short time you can reach the sea or mountains, or even be the base to visit the beauties of Abruzzo and Molise. Highly recommended!

Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Elisabetta's apartment! From having breakfast on the terrace to enjoying our rooms, everything was done to a high level. The apartment was also a very short walk into the town center where plenty of restaurants and shopping stores were located along with the beautiful medieval designs of Ascoli Piceno.

The house had everything that could be needed. It was a 10 minute drive to the sea. It was cooler at night because of its high location. The view and terrace were lovely. We would definitely prefer it again on our next trip to this area. Thanks Franca Arrivederci

Tom very kind, the I shock had all the necessary comforts even the ice maker, in 4 days we only had a small problem with the hot water resolved in not even 10 minutes, any problem Tom is ready to solve at the moment, perfect breakfast with hot pastes, place outside the perfect time to relax, we could not have found better, place near the village of Catignano where you will find all the necessary services including groceries and pharmacy, surely if there is an opportunity we will come back to visit Tom.

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

We discovered a beautiful place, full of history and culture. Although it is a small village Isola del Liri offers a wide range of venues of all kinds, and I would also say imaginative. Great food, very nice people with whom we immediately established friendly relationships. Just below the apartment is La Proseccheria, a delightful romantic place where we enjoyed excellent aperitifs with the friendly owners. The apartment, perfect for a couple, is cozy, clean and equipped with all comforts. We'll be back!

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Perfectly located for a little get away with a great balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains! A wonderful spot to spend a few days.

we were very satisfied with the accommodation, which is right across the road from the sea with a large beach and a gradual entrance to the sea, the accommodation is very suitable for two families, it is two apartments that are connected by a small corridor and entrance door, bigger apartment has a wonderful terrace with a view of the sea, the apartments are very well equipped and you will find everything you need here, we can highly recommend

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

We spent 15 days in Loredana's place out of 10. Everything was tidy and well maintained. Air conditioners present that made the night restful on these hot days. Beautiful terrace to use in the evening.

When I saw the photos from this Airbnb, I knew that my husband and I had to stay here! I booked it a year ahead of time so that we wouldn't miss out on this beautiful place. Reality is even better than the photos! The mountains are a lush green and provide a stunning backdrop to the gorgeous lake. We enjoyed the views from the cozy and comfortable bed, while eating lunch and dinner, and while enjoying a drink on the balcony. We grocery shopped in Scanno and made delicious meals in the well equipped kitchen. The area was lovely too! We were immursed in nature. We did the hike up to see the lake in a heart shape. We parked a 3 minute drive away, near the hotel, historic church and boat rental. We got free parking while we charged our electric car. We also explored Scanno, Introdacqua, and Pettorano Sul Gizio where we toured a small 11th century castle. I highly recommend this Airbnb! You will never forget the views and the scenic drives around the area!

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

Dear Gunilla and Niklas we thought your house was just perfect with the most spectacular views. Many thanks for the help with the lighting to the steps. We watered the plants as often as we could and managed to clean the pool with the robot a couple of times each week. We will be back and I understand Jo Jo's family have already booked for next year so we will fit our dates around them.

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Gianni and his daughter are two warm, sweet people who provided a nice welcome. We felt right at home in their beautiful home. The region is very beautiful and you know that if there is a problem you can go to the host. At the same time, they gave us all the privacy. There is a beautiful swimming pool that is very well maintained. We would like to come back and can only recommend this house and these hosts.

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Sitting here with my family last week. Enjoy in one word what a wonderful place. You will relax here. The owner of the house himself spoke twice. But his father also lives here a real treasure of a man. This man goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. He is also a winner with the wine. I myself say take the red wine. It tastes very good in a wonderful evening sun. The pool is wonderful with a deep piece where you can really dive. A real party for our kids. Nice trip is going to the mountains is really beautiful, it looks like you are in the Alps. I would bless a Thick 9 for all you can do here and how you will be treated. Thank you for the lovely stay.
