House located in a very quiet environment. With a large front and back garden, a covered grill and 2 wood stoves. The interdepartmental bus stop (COPSA) is on the corner of the house. The beach and Sarandí stream are within a 10-15 minute walk. On the corner there is a kiosk with what you need and next to it an artisan bakery. IMPORTANT: The house includes sheets and towels only for stays longer than 5 days.
