A dieci minuti a piedi dalle spiagge de Lo Squalo e Pittulongu, in residence tranquillo.Zona servita da centri commerciali,pizzerie,bar,fornaio, piccolo market.A disposizione degli ospiti 1 camera da letto matrimoniale ed 1 bagno.Soggiorno con angolo cottura,giardino.Posto auto.Le altre stanze saranno chiuse e non utilizzabili. A poche decine di metri,autobus numero 4 per la città di Olbia,e le strade per Golfo Aranci (10/15 minuti) e per la Costa Smeralda raggiungibile in 25/30 minuti di auto.

Nice small but well-furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the gulf above Porto Cervo, 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Furnished with everything: dishes, electric oven and microwave, in case of need for a change of linen (towels) the price will be €25. The washing machine will be provided with at least 5 days of stay.
