Welcome to our cottage in a completely unique location on your own headland facing south at Västra Öresjön just outside Kinna in Marks Kommun. Private sandy beach on the plot. Working fireplace and dishwasher. A simple rowing boat is included in the rent. Bed linen, towels and departure cleaning are included. Only reservations Monday to Monday. The cottage has a simpler standard and only 1 bathroom. 2024: improved cleaning protocols and new water filter! 2025: the forest around the cabin has been felled (the trees closest to the plot have been left)

Cottage in the forest with 10 beds & 300 m from swimming area

Welcome to this cozy, older house with plenty of space and modern amenities. The house is located in a scenic area with the forest around the corner and a nice swimming and fishing lake a few hundred meters away. In the house there are four bedrooms with ten beds, large kitchen and living room. Fireplace and iron stove to burn in. The house has a terrace with outdoor furniture and garden with barbecue and trampoline. Boat is available to borrow. The department store Gekås in Ullared is half an hour away and Gothenburg at an hour's distance.

Cabin on a beach plot with a secluded location in deciduous forest landscapes. Perfect for morning swim and sauna, boating and canoeing excursions. Good fishing with fishing rights and in the autumn mushrooms and berries. BBQ, life jackets, canoe and boat available. The south location provides many hours of sunshine both morning and evening. With 15 minutes drive to Landvetter airport and to shopping center as well as 25 minutes to Gothenburg. Beautiful walking paths and a 1.5 mile lake system containing two uninhabited islands.

Cozy cottage located right on the water's edge with large south facing terrace. During the summer months there is a rowboat and a canoe at your own jetty as well as charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cabin that reaches all the way down to the jetty. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can hang out in the evenings. The small kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your holiday, such as a microwave dishwasher as well as a large fridge and freezer.

A view to die for (Évika 5)

We had a spot on our land with a view to die for, but too small for raising a house. The solution is this camper with its luxurious amenities and fully serviced: connection to the electric grid, unlimited water, gas, bedwear, cleaning upon departure. It can comfortably fit two adults and two children, with one permanent double bed and one that can be made up in the dining aread at the other end of the camper. Available only between June and September.

Nybyggd gäststuga med kök och toalett på 23 m2 Samt ett litet sovloft. Elladdning station till elbil. 40 min in till centrala Göteborg med Liseberg. I närliggande området finns en bondgård för besökare med möjlighet att hyra cyklar och kanoter. Många fina vandrings leder finns i närliggande område och Hallandsleden passerar bara en liten bit bort. Tyst och lugnt.
