The newly modernized apartment is located in Marklohe near Nienburg/ Weser. The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 people – ideal for cyclists or anyone who wants to spend a few quiet days in the countryside. The popular Weser bike path passes immediately beside the apartment. There is a bakery right next door. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, restaurants as well as an outdoor swimming pool. The city of Nienburg Weser is about 5 km away.

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Charmante Souterrain-Wohnung

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

In house number 10c on the ground floor is our small 1.5-room apartment with terrace for 2 persons. Here you can rest on 36 m² on the cozy sofa, read the newspaper, sit at the table in the kitchen or lie outside on the lawn. Just enjoy the mercy of our God with whom he loves you and shows you the patience he has with all of us. We didn't bring anything to this world and don't take anything back when we leave – just enjoy!

Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Vacation home / fitter's apartment

We offer you a beautiful and cozy approx. 74 m2 apartment in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the Suttorf district. The state capital Hanover can be reached in 25 kilometers via the B6. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away. On the property there is a free parking space for our guests.
