Nice location, very afterwards. We enjoyed the stay in this beautiful space. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom is very large. Recommended!

We spent 2 nights in the accommodation, it's for us the most beautiful and welcoming airbnb of all we've done. A warm welcome, with attention ( toys for our children, number of services, cups to numbers of people...) Really great! We are absolutely delighted 🤩

We had a great evening at Cédric's, it's quiet and relaxing. Everything is available. Restaurants are nearby (Seclin 5 minutes) and the city is really close (Lille 30 minutes). The accommodation is very nice and the pool table entertained us well!

Beautiful house, well furnished, welcoming and quiet. Comfortable bedding. Clean. 10 minutes' walk to the shops. Parking space right outside the door. Very responsive and welcoming host. We had a great time.

My wife and I stayed at Leny's house with our two-year-old son for almost a week. It is a beautiful house with a large garden. There's a lot of space in and out. Leny is a thoughtful host, responds quickly and gave good tips on his own initiative. The cinema is top and unique! There are also lots of toys so our son loved it all. The downside is that there are no stair gates, so that was sometimes a little bit exciting. Good to keep in mind. It is very clearly a house where a family normally lives: there are clothes, jackets and shoes. There are also drawings of the children. We personally thought that was a little less. It would help if that was a little more hidden. We missed a few practical things like a kettle. In addition, there was not very much mood lighting for the evening hours: there was especially ceiling light. But in the end, that didn't take away from a wonderful stay in Louvil. A wonderful house to relax and unwind!

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful place . Compliant with photos , very clean and decorated with taste . The plus: Close to Pairi Daiza Zoo.

Small, well appointed accommodation, the neighborhood is very quiet and easy street parking. The bedding is extremely good. However, be careful for people with difficulties because the stairs to get to the accommodation are small and quite steep.

As a Belgian couple, we are very satisfied with the price-quality ratio. Fast communication/response within minutes and additional tips. Especially the private character of the lodging on the ground floor and guarded parking right by the entrance of the room is an additional plus. (Couple belge : très bon rapport qualité/prix. Communication/réponse rapide, toujours en quelques minutes, conseils supplémentaires. Caractère privé du logement et parking surveillé près de la porte du logement au rez-de-chaussée.)

I found this place to be a wonderful option for a short stay. It was clean and welcoming, and I appreciated the convenience of having fruits and snacks available in the vending machine. After a long, exhausting 10-hour drive, I was relieved to have a smooth late check-in process. The support I received was truly comforting, and it made a world of difference. Very good place this is the second time we've come and never on it. Quiet environment, close to the shopping center so within walking distance. Clear instruction, flexible arrival, clean and suitable accommodation for the listing provided. The only small downside: the daylight in the morning, the curtains do not hide much unfortunately it wakes us up there is no shutter. But otherwise nothing to say I recommend it without a second thought ✨

The accommodation is really charming, very well organized, convenient, the bedding is very comfortable,the small inner courtyard nice to drink your coffee quietly in the morning. Everything is well arranged, the kitchen is very well organized, very functional, there is everything you need. The bathroom is nice and well equipped. Valerie is a very friendly, available and responsive host. Very nice welcome with welcome breakfast. Old upstairs accommodation with elevator, super central, very clean and quiet. Parking available nearby, free parking in the evening and weekends. Great for visiting Douai.
