I stayed at Mike and Annemarie's with my family and my sister and her family and we had the best stay. The place was large enough to fit all of us comfortably and it was exactly as described - very warm and very comfortable. The geo thermally heated pool was put to good use every day, even during rainy days, the kids enjoyed it immensely! Thank you so much, we will be back!

Fantastic accommodation and hosts. The house is lovely and well equipped. The back deck and pool area is amazing. Very secluded. The hosts were also very helpful at returning a couple of items left behind. Top accommodation.

Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

Absolutely loved this property, we felt instantly at home - it’s very comfortable. Being elevated from the road, the view of the lake is wonderful and the sunsets are stunning! Bayley is a great communicator which is always appreciated. We would definitely book this property again - thank you.

The house is very huge and there is everything you need. I felt right at home. We did a lot of cooking during our stay and we could find many kinds of kitchenware. During our stay, there was one night with clear sky and we could see stars and galaxy from the house. The host was also very responsive. This place is also perfect for retreat with friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at this property. The house is very spacious, and we appreciated its thoughtful layout. The children particularly enjoyed the pool each day. They are reluctant to leave and have been asking about the possibility of extending our stay. Had the next day been available, we would have gladly extended our visit by two additional days. Thank you, Serein, for your hospitality. We would be delighted to return in the future. My favorite area was the kitchen, as every essential was provided also in each room of the house.

Everything about Greg and Ana's place was perfect for our trip to Rotorua. Set on the edge of a park with a gated section, easy Uber, drive or walk to town. From comfy beds and full kitchen to a private deck and spa this place is definitely recommend. Ana gave us a wonderful list of great restaurants and cafe's to choose from and we had a brilliant time at Poco Tapas & Wine. Thank you both for sharing your lovely home.

We spent four wonderful nights at Sally's house and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The location is absolutely perfect—right next to the stunning Redwood Forest—in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It was an ideal base for exploring all the sights around Rotorua. The house itself is beautiful, with spacious bedrooms, very comfortable beds, and two well-appointed bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the living room was roomy and great for relaxing after a day out. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed for one night while travelling down the North Island. The house was easy to access and was fully fenced which was ideal as we have a dog and 2 young children. The place was clean and tidy and was family friendly.

The house was great. The kitchen was excellent and had all the required utensils. The bedrooms were great and spacious. The backyard was great for soccer! Overall, a great stay, and great value for money.

Very nice house, well-equipped. Comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our stay and especially having breakfast with the family on the terrace overlooking a large wooded garden.

We had a very comfortable stay. Communication was quick and easy. We extended our stay at short notice, which was most appreciated. The house was as described and well equipped for our stay. It was close to attractions, supermarkets etc if driving. The spa was a great addition. I would recommend the property.

This house is a great place to stay for a large family like ours, who are now adults including a few grandchildren. There was plenty of room for us all and all the amenities made for a very pleasant stay. We had everything we needed to be able to feel right at home, except for maybe not being able to watch tv but it made for a very relaxing time. Thank you for opening the lovely house for Airbnb use

Sam’s place was really wonderful to stay in. It felt cosy, was very clean and Sam was more than accommodating! We would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Rotorua :)

Belinda was a responsive and conscientious host. Everything was well set up for our arrival, including plenty of firewood and a fire guard to keep the kids safe. Perfect house! So spacious and homely, rooms were perfect espically for couples. So affordable for what you get. Very close to everything in Rotorua and if I went back to Rotorua I would make an effort to stay here
