The charming two-room apartment, renovated internally in all its parts, is part of a residential complex renovated externally in 2017, located 150 m from the equipped beach, centrally located, easily reachable on foot from the train station (200 m), and from the highway exit (1.5 km). The building offers various services such as an ice cream shop, bar, hairdresser, beautician, physiotherapy, etc. The apartment is on the first floor, with a balcony facing the sea where you can dine.

THERE IS NO KITCHENETTE. It has private parking. It is equipped with heating, linen, coffee machine, kettle and hairdryer. Tourist tax is paid on site.

It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
