Come enjoy a stay in our beautiful modern camper located in the quaint country. With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). To top it off, you can unload your boat at the community ramp just outside to the right. If you're not a fisherman, you can still enjoy the sunshine while getting a much needed R&R. The bungalow has been recently updated with new floors and a kitchen designed to grill the day's catch.

Just 45 minutes from Texas A&M University in College Station and 40 minutes from Sam Houston University in Huntsville. Enjoy golf on the beautiful course with plenty of trees for shade. We have golf clubs available for rental.
