This was one of our best AirBnB stays ever. The building is amazing, the location is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Ayoub was exceptionally helpful in making our stay comfortable and orienting us to our surroundings (it was our first visit to Marrakech). Breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty of space for our family (six people). Highly recommended.

This riad was as lovely as the photos indicated. From start to finish, my family was well taken care of. The riad was very conveniently located and very quiet despite its location near many activities. I've already recommended it to friends for their future stays. Thank you!

Very beautiful Riad, pleasant to live in for a relaxing stay away from noise and yet in the heart of the medina. Matthieu is a proactive host, very attentive. He answered any questions we had and shared his knowledge of the city with his recommendations of things to see, do or taste. Everything was organized from scratch for our arrival (pick up from the airport to the Riad). Now the cherry on the cake: FATIMA. This woman is a gem. Always available, caring for residents, extremely kind, gentle, generous and caring, she radiates in her kitchen. Its small dishes are just excellent and very hearty (even breakfast is pantagruleic). In addition, she did not hesitate to take her time to accompany us in the souks and recommend where to buy something. And at the same time so discreet when she's there.

A huge thank you for an unforgettable stay at the Riad! The place is beautiful, peaceful, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. Special mention to Pablo, our host, but also a big congratulations to Brahim at the reception, smiling and attentive. And what about Bouchra… great breakfast every morning, and dinner? Pure delight! An incredible, talented cook who delighted us from start to finish. We leave with stars full of eyes (and full belly)! Thanks again, you are at your best.

We had an amazing trip to Marrakech. Saïd ensured all communication was clear and arranged airport transfers. When we arrived we were greeted by Adam who provided all the info we needed. Aude was on hand by message to arrange excursions (dromedary ride and dinner in the desert) plus a guided tour of the Medina with a very knowledgeable guide (well worth it if you are interested in local history). The beds are comfortable and we had breakfast made by Aude twice (our choice to have twice out). Great meals at Villa Aaron and Dardar. Marrakech is full of sights, sounds, smells and experience. The people are so welcoming. You get used to the busy streets and it feels very safe. Haggle in the souk for souvenirs to take home and remember this beautiful place.

What a fabulous Riad. We were a group of 3 couples and had ample space and privacy. The terrace at the top with the plunge pool were amazing and we used them all the time . Latifa made us some spectacular breakfasts each morning and she kept the Riad pristine too. I would highly recommended this place . A perfect position in the Medina to access everything but not too noisy to spoil the experience

Great place to stay with family and even better hosts! Frank and Richard were very helpful and friendly. Loved our experience staying at this beautiful Riad which is in walking distance to the souks and some great restaurants and touristy locations. The house-help Nezah was also very friendly and took very good care of us. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Together with 4 friends, we had a perfect stay. The Riad is gorgeous - beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. Aicha is lovely and the home-cooked meals were a treat. Absolutely recommend!

Great place to stay, the host was friendly, responsive and sent us a lot of information prior to our visit. The staff were very friendly and greeted us warmly. Riad Kiwi was very clean, comfortable and fairly central (approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre). A highly recommended place to stay for a visit in Marrakesh!

We greatly enjoyed Riad Coco with three families! The decor is cozy and the rooms are clean. We were warmly welcomed by Aziza who was ready for us for 3 days and was particularly helpful. Of course, the breakfast was delicious but it was the little touches we greatly appreciated. We got a full travel plan with tips for our stay after booking. The restaurants Jules recommended were super good. The day trip to Beldi including an hour of padel tennis was also great! We enjoyed the contrasts in Marrakech. Thank you Aziza and Jules!

We stayed in Yolande and Corinne’s riad with three kids (10, 7 and 3) and we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back another time. Seems a bit hard to find at first, but we had no issues at all. Great communication and all the help and recommendations we needed. We had dinner cooked for us in the riad an evening, which was amazing, and we can definitely recommend doing that if you want to stay in to get a break from the medina and all the impressions of Marrakech. Everything seems within walking distance as well, so that was easy and perfect. Thank you for our stay! :)

I celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful riad in Marrakech with 9 of my girlfriends, and it was an unforgettable experience! The house is spacious, and full of charm — the perfect setting for a special occasion. Aziz, the owner, welcomed us warmly when we arrived, and although we only saw him once, his hospitality was felt throughout our stay. His amazing assistant, Youssef, was with us every day and made our experience seamless. He helped us organize all our excursions, transfers, and any other needs we had — always with a smile and so much care. The riad is fully staffed with a cleaning team and talented chefs who prepared the most delicious meals for us. We also enjoyed spending time at the on-site farm, with its many animals and horses. One of the sweetest moments was when Aziz’s 5-year-old son gave us a tour of the property — he totally stole our hearts! We also went horse riding, which was such a fun and unique part of the trip. Overall, we had an incredible week! MERCI

We had a great stay in the Riad offered by Caroline. Listing is as described and photos. It was perfect and well located. But it's impossible to talk about the Riad, not to mention Hanane's simply delicious cuisine: special mention for the royal couscous and the candied lemon chicken tagine that were simply divine. Finally, Ali's airport-riad trips were great. In addition, Ali set us up a service to go to the Agafay Desert with quad activities and day in a camp with pool. It was great! We had an amazing time in this beautiful riad in the souk. Beautiful, clean and thoughtful. Fatima is wonderful and a great cook. We highly recommend it.

Riad Jaseema is amazing and great location! The rooftop is very relaxing and the plunge pool freezing but good after a hot walk through the souk. Hind and Rachid are really friendly and helpful! The room close to the street is very noisy so for that room might be good to bring earplugs:-) Would highly recommend to stay here. Thanks!

Our stay went perfectly well in large part thanks to Valerie and the Riad des Épices. Even before we arrived, Valerie contacted me spontaneously to arrange our transfer from the airport to the Riad. When we arrived at the Riad, we were very well received by Simo. The 2 ladies who followed to prepare us good breakfasts were very kind and attentive to us. We were amazed by the Riad, tastefully decorated and perfectly furnished. Its location in the heart of the Medina is a real advantage. He was also able to keep the tranquility necessary for a relaxing and stress-free stay. The roof top terrace was also the perfect place for afternoon naps after the small dip in the swimming pool.

A perfect retreat in the middle of the Medina. Michael was unbelievably helpful and responsive. Yousra was delightful and her breakfasts were delicious! Highly recommended!

This place was such a great find—a sanctuary amongst the chaos. It was so quiet and spacious, which was perfect after a day exploring the busy souks. It’s in a great location, and we could walk everywhere easily. Oualid was really helpful, and Salwa, the housekeeper, was absolutely lovely. She made us breakfast each morning and was really flexible with timing. The rooftop was a real bonus—great views across the city and a perfect place to relax. Felt totally looked after the whole time. Would definitely stay here again!

Serenity Riad offers a home-like atmosphere. The location and cleanliness are perfect. My friends and I had a wonderful trip there. Additionally, they provide a very nice, helpful housekeeper.
